JB-804 Stop Hinge
The JB-804 brass full mortise hinge is engineered with a built-in stop that allows a lid to remain open at 95°. The hinge is surface mounted and can be used when an additional stay is not desired. The hinge measures 32 mm in length.

As with every Brusso product that I have used they scream quality and have an appearance that are 2nd to none. I spend a lot of time, effort and use the best lumber I can get for my projects and I am not going to ruin it by installing 2nd rate hardware. I know with all Brusso hardware it will last as long as the heirloom pieces that I make. And they are simple to install when you get the templates. These are great looking, well functioning hinges and when installed using the Brusso Template, they always produce excellent results.
I've been making small boxes of all kinds and shapes for years. Over that time, the Brusso stop hinges have been my go to hinge for many reasons. Unlike other hinges these are extremely sturdy, will hold up to time and look great. I use them as part of the design of my boxes and I don't have to mortise them which save time and effort.
Amazingly high quality (and price). Nice that you don’t have to mortise.
